Manual: How to design a learning experience

Manual: How to design a learning experience

Description

The manual’s innovative approach lies in its comprehensive coverage of designing and developing learning experiences for various target groups across different settings (face-to-face, online, or a combination). This coverage fills a gap in existing materials, as research on the Erasmus+ results platform showed no similar resources addressing this specific topic in such an integrated manner. The manual will offer straightforward steps for creating successful educational activities, supplemented with practical examples from youth work practice. While primarily designed for youth workers involved in the development and implementation of learning/educational activities for youth, it can also benefit project developers/writers, project managers, and others interested in youth education. It serves both as a tool for developing learning activities and a resource for educating youth workers on relevant topics.

Manual: How to design a learning experience

Manual: Digital Marketing and using Digital Tools in youth work

Manual: Digital Marketing and using Digital Tools in youth work

Description

We are surrounded by digital marketing. Digital marketing campaigns are displayed on our computers, smartphones, tablets, or other digital devices. Digital marketing can appear in various formats, such as social media posts, display ads, online videos, search engine marketing, and sponsored social media ads.

This manual addresses the need for youth work to be competitive in providing educational services. The manual is developed as part of the project “Learning in Youth Work of 21st century”. As the whole project covers the idea of adapting youth work to the online environment and providing youth work organisations and youth workers with practical tools that can be used for developing or adapting educational activities to the online environment, it’s important to provide unique tools that can help organisations and individuals to engage with as many young people as their budgets and other conditions are allowing.

Manual: “Digital marketing and using digital tools in youth work” is a comprehensive guide for youth workers, covering various aspects of digital marketing and its application in youth work.

The manual is structured to provide theoretical and practical insights, with chapters covering topics of different types of digitalmarketing, strategies for content development, campaign planning, and the use of visuals and photography.

With this manual, we want to offer youth organisations and youth workers practical tools for understanding digital marketing and making their first steps in developing digital marketing plans, activities and campaigns for their organisations to reach more youth.

Enjoy reading, and we wish you good luck with your digital marketing endeavours!

This Manual is available in more 3 languages:

“Learning in Youth Work of the 21st Century” is a project designed to modernize youth work in response to challenges amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing the gap in skills and knowledge for adapting youth work to online platforms, this project aims to effectively transition youth work to a digital environment. It provides youth organizations and their staff with the tools needed to develop or adapt educational activities for online engagement, catering to the changing habits of young people who are increasingly active online. The project underscores the need for youth workers to be familiar with digital tools and online learning methodologies, though not necessarily as experts, to offer relevant and effective educational opportunities for today’s youth.

Youth Art Movement

Project background and project ideas came from young volunteers. The volunteers who came up with the idea of this project were part of the TC and discussed together with the other young people about the state of art and contemporary art in their countries and concluded that the state of the state’s relationship with the countryside is generally unsatisfactory.

Through this exchange, they want to work better together with other young people, and to do their best to promote contemporary art as a new way of working with young people, and thus to raise awareness of culture in local communities.

Trough Project “YouthArtMovement” we made cooperation between Young people from European Union Countries and Balkans countries. We as all Europe countries are in charge to provide example of good cooperation between other counries. Participants were involved in a process of 13 working and 1 travelling day, during the period of exchange. Since the project includes people from different cultures and social groups having the artistic and creative activity the tool for this integration and new methods for Youth workers in their organisations.

TOOLKIT: Adventure room methodology in adult education for entrepreneurship

TOOLKIT: Adventure room methodology in adult education for entrepreneurship

Description

Toolkit “Adventure room methodology in adult education for entrepreneurship” is envisioned as a resource material for adult educators who will further work directly with citizens on their entrepreneurial mind-set development. As the competences of creativity and innovation (for entrepreneurship) are the most important and difficult to develop, we believe that it is needed to approach it creatively and innovatively. Thus, in this O4 Toolkit, we are exploring the methodology of Adventure Rooms for development of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship adult education among our beneficiaries. This connection of Adventure rooms methodology and education is fully innovative and has not been explored yet. Adventure rooms are live-action, team-based games where players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time.

Because the contents of profitable adventure rooms are, by nature, kept a secret and it is a highly competitive marketplace, there are not resources publicly available to help those wanting to start or improve an adventure room. This is probable why the methodology of adventure rooms was also not explored earlier within adult education field, as there were no recommendations how to do it. Thus, this toolkit of is innovative and represents the first step towards using adventure rooms methodology in adult education work of ours.

The toolkit comprises of two parts:

First part covers theoretical concepts and methodology of Adventure rooms with recommendations on using such methodology in adult NFE education when developing entrepreneurial culture in organisations/institutions and when organising quality adult education activities for entrepreneurship of citizens, and so on. This part is also focused on how adult education institution premises can be used for efficient and effective Escape/Adventure Rooms in adult education for entrepreneurship.
