Youth Power Germany is an independent non-profit organisation based in Berlin that designs and implements international projects for young people, youth workers, educators, and community leaders. We are an official Vocational Education and Training provider, delivering high-quality learning experiences that connect education with real-world skills and community impact.

Our work connects local realities with global perspectives. We implement initiatives across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America, creating spaces where people learn from each other, exchange experiences, and develop practical solutions for their communities.

We are committed to inclusive participation, expanding access to opportunities for young people who are often underrepresented, including those from migrant communities  ensuring that pathways for growth, employability, active participation, and international mobility are accessible to all.
