Team and Collaborators

Since our recognition in November 2019 as a key component of Berlin’s youth welfare service, we have focused on supporting young individuals aged 15-21, many from immigrant backgrounds.

Our skilled team of social workers and psychologists provides bespoke support, assisting them in everyday life and through the complexities of the asylum process.

Our collaborative team includes experienced researchers, trainers, and youth workers from various countries, proficient in digital tools, e-learning courses, and strategies for digital entrepreneurship.

Our professionals, including psychologists, sociologists, social workers and art educators are constantly exploring and adapting innovative methodologies in non-formal education to improve the inclusion and employability of marginalised groups.

Youth Power Germany is more than an organisation; it is a community. We actively engage with trainers and project coordinators and annually welcome over 700 participants in our diverse range of local, national and international educational projects.
