We at Youth Power Germany participated in an international bootcamp in Croatia from February 28 to March 5, as part of the “Digital Transformation in Youth Work” project.
During this event, we launched our educational program titled “Youth in Virtual Environment.” This program is designed to create a safe and well-informed community of young internet users, equipping youth workers, educators, and leaders with the necessary tools and information to effectively engage in the digital space. We aim to teach strategies that address youth and digitalization in a healthy and secure way.
The program features a variety of educational workshops that range from addressing cyberbullying to tackling internet addiction, providing participants with the skills needed to implement digital activities successfully.
The project shall strengthen NGO’s for digital transformation of inclusive youth work by developing innovative digitalsolutions that are applicable at local, regional, national, European and international levels. By adopting innovative digital methods of learning, we want to increase the quality of youth work and encourage the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. With dissemination we want to reach a large number of actors and strengthen transnational and cross-sectoral action.
