Body Oxygen workshop

Our recent workshop, a part of our Youth Club Brunch Talks series, has truly been a transformative experience. The emphasis was placed on the breath as a powerful tool to achieve deeper awareness of the body. Through continuous breathing and movement, participants prepared their bodies to protect themselves more effectively. This training seamlessly combined various techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Brain Gymnastics, and Contemporary Dance. By integrating the knowledge from these diverse practices, we explored and experienced the unity of body and mind.

 

Throughout the workshop, we developed heightened body awareness and the ability to truly listen to what our bodies are communicating. This deeper understanding of oneself naturally leads to higher-quality self-care. We also encouraged our instincts and body intelligence to open new dimensions and possibilities of being. This comprehensive approach allowed us to know ourselves better, fostering a profound sense of personal growth and self-awareness.

 

As part of the Youth Club Brunch Talks, this session not only enriched our physical and mental well-being but also strengthened our community bonds. Sharing these experiences over brunch created a warm, supportive environment where we could reflect on our learnings and connect with like-minded individuals. This combination of nourishment for the body, mind, and spirit made the workshop an unforgettable and deeply rewarding part of our Youth Club activities.
