This project is focused on empowering young women through entrepreneurship, particularly in youth work and education. Its aim is to build the capacity of youth organizations and their youth workers, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and developing skills for young women in local communities.
Youth today are the most educated generation in history, yet they face higher unemployment rates, especially young women. Across the EU, youth account for 38.5% of all unemployed individuals, with 4.6 million young people aged 15-24 without a job.
The situation is even more challenging for young women, with two-thirds of the unemployed youth population being female. Additionally, many of these women are single mothers, further exacerbating their economic struggles.
