The CYSW4RD project harnessed the power of sport as a unifying tool to promote reconciliation, inclusion, and intercultural acceptance among youth in post-conflict regions.
Recognizing that teamwork in sports transcends differences in race, religion, and background, the project sought to channel this potential into effective youth work for peacebuilding.
Through a combination of training courses, study visits, and local dissemination actions, the project aimed to empower youth workers with tools and methods to use sports as a medium for dialogue, understanding, and community-building.
