What's About
This project addressed the need for strengthened programs for NEET youth/women in the field ofentrepreneurship. In each of the countries involved and throughout Europe in general (and especially among our target groups of immigrants and marginalized groups) girls and young women are less active in business and entrepreneurship, particularly as independent entrepreneurs and business leaders.
For that reason, this project aimed to change this situation by equipping youth organizations and youth workers with tools and approaches they can use to support the entrepreneurship of young women in a way that is socially and culturally appropriate.
The project gathered organizations that already had experiences in supporting young women to be socially and economically active and allowed them to develop new ways of dealing with the challenges they have identified.
With this project, we answered the needs defined by institutions, as well as the needs of our own youth workers and youth. We were promoting social entrepreneurship (for sustainable development and peacebuilding) of NEET youth, women and quality empowerment of our youth workers to be able to organize quality (social) entrepreneurship education for our beneficiaries
